Citycon and Granlund have long worked together to meet the challenges of building maintenance and energy efficiency. A comprehensive cooperation agreement was signed in 2013 with regard to energy management consulting and property maintenance software. All in all, Granlund Manager is used in 35 shopping centres and other commercial facilities in Finland, Sweden and Estonia.
There has been cooperation in various areas related to energy efficiency, such as energy reporting, continuous monitoring of energy efficiency, remote hourly reading of energy and water consumption and management of related data transfer arrangements, as well as re-billing of energy costs.
Citycon has been monitoring the energy consumption in its properties for a long time, and Granlund Manager has helped make this process more efficient.
