Latest technology ensuring good indoor conditions

“On high-quality learning environment, the indoor conditions are optimal: good indoor air improves concentration, energy levels and, as a result, learning,” notes Mäkelä. “With the aid of modern technology, we can ensure that each child has the best opportunities to utilise their full potential and achieve high learning results.”

The City of Espoo uses Granlund Manager, a cloud-based property maintenance and energy management software, in all of its school properties. The technical solutions and indoor conditions of the schools are monitored and maintained with Granlund Manager. The features used include, for instance, proactive maintenance planning, mobile service requests and automated indoor conditions monitoring.
